All tickets purchased in advance for general admission have the following terms and conditions:

• All tickets purchased in advance are non refundable. Please check your booking prior to placing your order and check your tickets on receipt.
• In the unlikely event that the show had to be cancelled within the control of Grand Promotion Events Ltd, then tickets would be either refunded (less the booking fee) or new tickets issued for the next show dates.
• If the show had to be cancelled outside of the control of Grand Promotion Events Ltd then no refunds would be offered.
• The ticket value purchased will only allow entry if the whole ticket is intact and will only give entry as stated on the ticket.
• Grand Promotion Events Ltd refuse the right of admission if they deem fit.
• Reselling of tickets for commercial gain will make the ticket void.
• Grand Promotion Events Ltd will not be responsible for any delay in the delivery of tickets due to circumstances beyond its control. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact Grand Promotion Events Ltd in the event of non delivery of the ticket.
• All tickets carry a booking fee by placing your order on this website you accept all booking fees will be charged at the advertised rates.
• Grand Promotion Events Ltd can take no responsibility for inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control.
