New Members’ Enclosure Hosts Confirmed for 2018!
Charlie Hodson and Andy Snowling have both supported the show in previous year’s demonstrating in our Game Fair Country Kitchen and we are delighted that they have teamed up along with Woodforde’s Brewery to bring some fantastic, locally sourced fresh food and drink to the show in April.
Charlie has a vast number of accomplishments in and out of the kitchen working in many restaurants including Aubergine, Selfridges and Harvey Nichols. He was Executive Head Chef at The Grove and The Great Hospital and was recently a guest chef on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch. He was awarded Norfolk Food & Drink Champion for 2016 and as Chef Director of Purple Plum Catering was recently awarded title of official caterer to the Royal Warrant Association at Sandringham Flower Show.
Andy Snowling is also an award winning chef who has been involved with a number of well known Norfolk eateries including the Buckinghamshire Arms near Blickling Hall and the Recruiting Seargent at Horstead. He has a real passion for local and seasonal food and specialises in classic English dishes beautifully presented, using seasonal ingredients and packed with flavor. Andy is very familiar with our event and has been attending for over five years with his family as well as demonstrating in our cookery theatre.
The 2018 Members’ Restaurant menu and meal bookings will be released later on in January on our website!
