Terms & Conditions

All trade stands terms and conditions are covered under Terms and Conditions on the trade stand section of the website.

All tickets purchased in advance for general admission have the following terms and conditions:

  • All tickets purchased in advance are non refundable. Please check your booking prior to placing your order and check your tickets on receipt.

  • All tickets purchased in advance cannot be transferred, exchanged or returned.

  • In the unlikely event that the show had to be cancelled within the control of Grand Promotion Events Ltd, then tickets would be either refunded (less the booking fee) or new tickets issued for the next show dates.

  • If the show had to be cancelled outside of the control of Grand Promotion Events Ltd then no refunds would be offered.

  • The ticket value purchased will only allow entry if the whole printed e-ticket is intact with a valid scannable QR Code and/or barcode and will only give entry as stated on the ticket. E-tickets can be scanned at the gate from your mobile device (if saved in the app wallet) however, must have a valid QR Code and/or barcode and will only give entry as stated on the ticket.

  • Grand Promotion Events Ltd refuse the right of admission if they deem fit.

  • Reselling of tickets for commercial gain will make the ticket void.

  • A printed email confirmation will not be accepted on the gates. All customers must produce valid entry tickets to gain entry to the show.

  • No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace lost, forgotten or stolen tickets.

  • Grand Promotion Events Ltd will not be responsible for any delay in the delivery of tickets due to circumstances beyond its control. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact Grand Promotion Events Ltd in the event of non delivery of the ticket at least 48 hours before the start of the event.

  • All phone ticket orders carry a booking fee by placing your order by phone you accept all booking fees will be charged at the advertised rates. No booking fees are charged for e-tickets booked online directly by the customer.

  • Grand Promotion Events Ltd can take no responsibility for inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control.
