Mobility Hire: Advanced Mobility are once again providing mobility hire solutions for the Game Fair and will be located at the main entrance. If you would like to book a scooter or wheelchair for use at the show please visit Advanced Mobility Hire’s designated website page where you can find more info and to book online. Alternatively please feel free to call the team on 01274 297777. Pre-booking is advised.

Accessibility: Accessible parking is available near the entrance gate (for blue badge holders only). Please note the event is held on grass parkland.  There are seating areas with benches near the central food area as well as occasional benches dotted around the show site at various arenas. We have one block of covered grandstand seating at the Main Arena.

Toilets & Accessible Toilets: Toilet blocks (including disabled toilets and baby change) are located just inside the entrance, in the centre of the show and at the footbridge to the river. We also have accessible toilets inside our Members Enclosure.

Clay Shoot Car Park: for closer access to the Clay Line and Gunmakers Row. Gun storage facilities available with High Lodge Leisure at the Clay Line.

ATM Cash Truck: Located just inside the main entrance. Open 08:30-18:00

On-The-Day Tickets: Tickets can be purchased on the day at the main entrance pay lanes with either cash or card.

Bar & Catering Facilities: The main bar is located at the top of our South Avenues in the centre of the show and there are various catering areas around the site. There is also a bar and licensed restaurant within the Members’ Enclosure.

Members’ Enclosure: Is located beside the Main Arena, and has a bar and licensed restaurant, ringside seating both inside and outside and luxury loos!

First Aid: Located in the centre of the show close to the 4×4 display. 

Dogs Welcome: Well behaved dogs on a lead are welcome in all areas of the show including the Members Enclosure.

Dog Water Bowls & Poop Scoop Bags: are available at various locations on the Estate. 

Programmes: are available to purchase on the day at the entrance gate or inside the show.

Child Tagging: kindly run by the local Lions Club at the Main Entrance.
