This year Oyster Buoys will be showcasing their expert shucking skills at The East Anglian Game and Country Fair. They’ll be serving a menu of freshly shucked oysters alongside hot tempura options. Expect local oysters courtesy of Richard Hawards Oysters from Mersea Island, as well as a selection from oyster farms across the UK each offering its own unique flavour profile.
Having begun our journey working in Oyster cultivation, their knowledge gained and passion to share it is presented in their menu which explores regional differences in flavour from oysters sourced across the UK.
Visit them on the 25th & 26th April 2026 to enjoy their offering alongside other great producers. Oysters pair well with a dry English White, or a full bodied local ale.
