This month we have teamed up with Fran Hartshorne, Head Chef at The White Horse in Brancaster to bring you a fantastic giveaway. Fran will be creating a delicious dish of Staithe Smokehouse’ salmon, poached Norfolk pheasant egg, focaccia toast, beetroot hollandaise in The Game Fair Country Kitchen hosted by Feast Magazine with commentary on local produce and foraging by Ben Keeley, Barsby Produce on Saturday 27th April.
The White Horse is gloriously situated on the marshland coastline of north Norfolk at Brancaster Staithe and is the perfect getaway escape for a cosy night to indulge yourself in the beauty of this stunning coastline. You will also get the chance to dine in their award winning conservatory restaurant overlooking the stunning tidal marshland to Scolt Head Island and the sea beyond.
