Win a Lunch for Two at The Victoria, Holkham

The Victoria is situated just a stone’s throw from the sandy shores of Holkham Beach in one direction and the gates to Holkham Hall in the other. With 20 sumptuous bedrooms, and it’s own restaurant, The Vic is the perfect place from which to explore the North Norfolk coast.

 

Heading up the kitchen is Norfolk born and bred, Michael Chamberlain, who doesn’t believe in over-complicating food, but maintains a truly satisfying dining experience can be created by using only five to six ingredients on a plate. Whenever possible, Michael tries to source all ingredients from within a 50-mile radius with most actually sourced from the Holkham Estate itself. Given Holkham’s plentiful agricultural setting and proximity to the sea, Michael and his team are able to offer a much sought after selection of seasonal and local dishes, including beef and lamb off the salt marshes, venison from Holkham Park, samphire from the nature reserve, and herbs and vegetables grown in the walled garden at Holkham Hall.
